Hi there, I’m Coach Teddie.

A few years back, I found myself getting painfully skinny, so I started boxing and weightlifting as a way to improve my body and self-image. 


Eventually, my passion for the science of resistance training and optimal nutrition was so consuming, I decided to make it my profession and became a personal trainer. 


Since then, I have also created an online coaching app and written a book on women’s physiology - Stress Less vol 1. Consequently, this passion has motivated me to bring science and TRUTH to the fitness industry.
